Laura and Lee’s Wedding. December 8th 2015.

8th December 2014. Lee asked Laura to marry him, Lee had arranged to ask Laura in a restaurant in Bristol with the family and friends there, but when he arrived he could hear a choir singing Christmas carols outside, he decided to go and tell them what he was about to do and asked for them to be present to which they were delighted to be, Lee was then told they were the military wives choir. Laura had such a surprise and wanted them to sing at their wedding to which the choir promised they would.

About the venue and decoration

The Venue was booked Coed-y-Muster Bridgend Laura picked this venue as it has a huge open fire and such a homely atmosphere and the staff really do go one step further. Laura found hers and her bridesmaid dresses. Laura wore a beautiful ivory gown from Sentiments based in Talbot Green. Her bridesmaids wore different shades of purples and lilacs. Her cars were from Champagne Cars, which went above and beyond as they took Lee & Laura to see their gran who had been diagnosed with cancer and only had a few days to live but she watched the whole ceremony by FaceTime in her bed.

Gran sadly passed away on the 4th January. Laura and Lee’s children Charlie aged 2yrs and Eddie 19months attended. The room was dressed with purple organza hoods with white Lycra chair covers; the table was dressed in white tablecloths with pinecones used as table name settings, the centerpieces were white Manzanita trees dressed with snow flakes twinkle lights and glass beads sitting in a white vase with artificial snow around the bottom on a glass mirror.
